Three years ago, pushing 198lbs., my doctor told me that I should lose some weight. The following summer, with severe diet
and exercise, I managed to lose 46lbs. Although I said good-bye to the weight, I said hello to a few disordered eating habits
and have since ran up and down the scale in my effort to lose the last 33lbs. that I wish to lose. Therefore, I have created
this website to track my progress as I start the Fall and end the year, hoping to lose weight, gain control and become a healthier
person.
